this definietly requires an own topic!

those times he drove are simply insane.. it's pretty much all about how much you have played those levels recently, but still.. there are extremely good times in so many levels it's just amazing.. i have to admit i kinda doubt darmoed could do better.. but who knows, you should get him try also :)

Really impressive times. I just can't belive he did it in only 24h time. But hey, why would he cheat in this?

KD: why did Nostrada or mrickx cheat then?

I'm not saying I suspect TorInge for cheating.

Just started to think more. Wonder if it was true: the best three internal level active Elma players (DMD, Tor, dz) playing in the same room and 100 people watching whole 24 hours (big screens, real time statistics etc.) Maybe I'm a bit insane but in my opinion it would rock! Maybe in 5 years...

Abu: I think it has no sense to cheat in a competition, where it is so easy to cheat. I could send in my state.dat with my 41:xx tt, and say it was made in 24h. I just change the creation time of the rec's to be in 24h and voila i have a quite good 24h tt.

not necessarily because you need replays most likely if you do noticeable good. but with some luck, it's pretty easy. that's why the white-list will be great, when it's actually coming... i hope it will happen well before summer, so that ppl have time to send their recs.

in 24h tt, you need every single replay of the best times you make, with no exeptions.

I think it's a fucking hard to cheat it.... hmm,you have old good replays and u decide to state edit those times with the other nick to state? u get caught. u may change the rec dates but it's not enough,u can't state edit anymore...

deleted my edit..ofcourse I meant them...quite tired i am..feel like they are detected

which leads to a question: can state-edit be detected?

of course if abula is not willing to answer this, it means it cannot ;)
or maybe i've missed the answer told before..

Also you need to know the exact times of those old replays. Usually people don't know the times unless they are some public ones on some web page with times. Public replays are too risk to use.

dz: I won't answer and it doesn't mean anything but cheat and anti-cheat methods are secret.

But you can drive them some days/weeks before you play the 24h tt...
If state-editing can be detected it's no problem at all of course.

i think everybody is able to make times liek his 10th best times in the tables...that means for me maybe minute worse than my best times
so toringe can make it too

..and he must have made enigma bounce more times cause he had enigma multi wr 21.20 and after i have beaten him he made again 20.4x
and he had some 21.xx as i remember long time ago
and now he has 20.xx too

I think this topic has no sense at all now.
It would be easy to cheat as i've told before, because you only have to drive those times, check exact times from lev ( i mean top10 list in internals), and then state-edit them into one state.dat with a nick you haven't used yet, and change the date's of the rec files to look like they were made in 24h. It's easy. However you can't have a better 24h tt than your tt (only if ya beat your best times :) ).

Ye, and and state-editing can be detected nowadays so just try if u want ok. And it's very easy to drive 39.xx TT anyway, right?

I've never told that Tor cheated, nor did i thought of that. Just read what i said. And state-editing can't be detected nowadays, it can't be detected at all, coz it doesn't change anything, you could find, and say this state.dat is cheated. (edit: this state-editing isn't the same as decreasing your time by 0,01 or 0,02).

as to bring up a fact how easy it is to change replay date, its veery simple; just turn your clock to the date you are going to play 24h tt, and every replay will get the date that your windows clock has been adjusted to. this is too simple to just try to ignore.

all in all, i dont think there are really anyone who really want to be that idiotic to cheat in such a nice competition, which 24h total time is.

dz: the same reason i mentioned
I hope they'll believe it for ya. But time changing isn't just changing your windows clock, you have to edit the recs to change their date, or somehow else do it.
