I've gone from A to Z and added most users that I could. Still have a few duplicates/unknown nick remaining, which I will try to sort out tomorrow.
Also magicman's state broke elmastats a bit, but hopefully jon will fix that soon.

Can agree with all the above, but keep in mind the pack is created by default for offline elma, since the majority on Steam is probably going to prefer it in favor of EOL/not even look at EOL. Maybe we can bring back the same-PC multiing spirit with this?
