That kind of cheat can always be detected I think. I'm not sure, but it sounds reasonable that you can detect it.

Subtitles are OK. Practice of dubbing should be declared unconstitutional and be followed by declaration of lawlessness concerning all those responsible. Especially the voice actors.

milagros works against cheating. That's a reward in itself.
It's not that easy to make a fake identity. Because of Nostrada/Deadelous, people will be very suspicious if a new guy suddenly enters the scene and takes a lot of WRs.
I don't think milagros will do that anyway, he's a nice guy.

Yes, that shiat happens a lot. Sometimes there's a page you can't access. It says "There are no posts for this thread" when you click the page number.

Noone thought that the 14.20-ish time could be beaten (with much) either. Now it's 14.08.
It would require a new style to beat 14.00, but who says it's impossible to find a new style? It happened recently and it can happen again.
