First time disobeying a rule you'll get a warning, second time a one week ban and third time a one year ban. Isn't the third time ban a bit long? I think it should be maybe 1-2 months if second time is just a week. And maybe 4th time disobeying, 5th disobeying etc... should result in some less-than...

I think Zworqy's theme is the best because of its nice pictures, but I don't like those fists, they somehow don't suit there. Maybe two bikes better or...? Others are good. The background of "Battle in xoxo12 by Kopaka" is maybe a bit too dark. If these things are fixed, it'll be perfect!

Yeah, 1000 is good amount for platinum. Jappe's suggestions for bronze & tin sound ok. But I'd put 500 for gold and maybe 200 for silver. They mustn't be too easy :)

I'd put these same numbers for levelmaking prizes, too.
