i höyled mostly Long Haul in the last year (not that i höyl too much, about an hour per week) and guess what, as soon as i got so close as 0.03 to WR evil Karlis pushed it down, then evil Zweq pushed it down even more :(

Abula can update most things on holidays (how frequent are these?)

Mayb he can use a proxy for stuffs needing to be updated more frequently.
I think GuyB or dz would be fine choices for a proxy, probably others, too :)

I play C64, Spectrum, NES/SNES, Amiga, old PC and arcade games.
I have much more .mods than .mp3s (most of my mp3s are music of the 80's btw)

Team17's StuntGP (3D RC racing game) has a "Time Trial" mode where you compete against ghost driver for better and better lap times. Pretty höylish game, i played it a lot. I do not know whether there is scene or not.
