Divinity: Original Sin II (2017) - 9/10 (175h to complete) A truly masterfully crafted RPG. Probably the most impressive aspect is the incredible world design, very expansive and detailed at the same time. Combat is fun as hell while remaining a challenge (at least sometimes), and above all is extr...

Wolfenstein: The New Order (2014) - 8/10 (16h to complete) A great alternative-reality shooter, with well-balanced and smooth combat mechanics, fantastic (and very varied) world/level design, and compelling characters. The storytelling wasn't the best I've seen in a game and visually it didn't feel...

Gunpoint (2013) - 7/10
(4h to complete)
A really fun mini tactics platformer with minimalist oldschool design and quite a lot of humour. Very well-designed and enjoyable to play, but ultimately too short and unchallenging to become a long-term favourite.

The Room (2012/2014) - 8/10 (2.5h to complete) A beautiful, well-designed puzzle game, where in each level you have to open an intricate box, solving several puzzles and locks to get past their various mechanisms. The game is short, but the length is perfect imo, with anything longer likely to drag...

Outlast 2 (2017) - 6/10 (11h to complete) A decent atmospheric horror, but nowhere near as wholesome as Outlast and Whistleblower. The sequel still has the same (although improved) camera/nightvision mechanic, plays similarly and looks pretty good, but sadly lost quite a bit from the unsettling atm...

The relative infancy of the layout and functionality on elma.online is such a horrible argument to keep uploading replays to a separate isolated database that will become obsolete sooner or later.

specter2 = awsj = ville_j
Phantomers generally get bans for this, but nobody wants to upset ville_j so here we are. Maybe we should put a notification somewhere on the frontpage to save people the hassle of asking every time.

It's not about liking it or nat, it's that calling it inconsistent just seems strange. Given that it's a long level that is likely to get boring at least to some extent when holing for hours, I think "inconsistency" should be desirable, no?
I think "varied" is more fitting
