why not add an "auto bad" feature like in trackmania nations? I mean, when someone gets annoying, press that f9 key, are you sure you want to put up the "ban" pool? press y, then people decide vote yes or no (if they want) by pressing e.g. f1 for yes, f2 for no, and after 60 seco...
