ez 2/3 vote by nabs... like I said, I am astonished that in trackmania, the most spammer-annoying person on the planet rarely gets banned. to the point it gets such annoying, then you cast vote pool, only to find out to 80% of peepz voted no to ban. so yes, overall, the feature may not work: nobody...
