It's crap. Newly installed Vista without Norton once I see desktop is fully ready to use within 2-3 seconds. I don't think I will be using vsyncoff belma. My laptops heats when I run it. I got 500-520 fps and extra 20 when I run windows media player at the time I play. BTW fraps shows that Worms World Party (with media player) in menus runs with 9999 fps, so I don't know if I can trust it.
