I did the double Ironman last summer. It took me four days and I if it weren't for antibiotics I could've died due to an infection on a toe afterwards, but I did it. :D

Other highlights are not so interesting for you, bye.

Re: Sleeping disorders - solution?

It's very simple actually, you don't produce melatonin when there's daylight. The blue light of screens tend to recreate that effect. So in order to sleep better, you just have to turn off TV sets, computers and phones 2 hours before your scheduled bed time. It works better if your life is scheduled...

Re: What are you doing with your life?

A few weeks ago my mind wandered off and started recollecting all the great memories of elma and lauta. Where would all my buddies stand these days? Probably a lot of them met the same fate as me: life just happened. I was 14 years old when I started playing that silly game, and a great part of my d...

You learn human interaction by interacting with other humans. The more the merrier. You could come up with a mathematical model that describes the growth of your interaction experience with each added human to interact with and with each act of interaction, but it'd be a generalisation nonetheless. ...

As much as I like to live, I sometimes ponder this subject when I think about being very ill or very depressive.
