I feel sorry for MP. I had alotta problems with my mails in wcup3 but fortunately I always got them trough somehow, a couple of times via DCC or other people's e-mail. Its a pity e-mail ain't as reliable as snailmail (not!)

Actually Abula doesn't have anything to do with the levs. It's PeXi who chooses them from levs that other players have sent him. And he also modifies them a little, so that no-one (not even the designer) can have a great time in advance. But of course the levelmaker (and maybe his friends) has some ...

Abu, in the non-military you get exactly the same daily allowance as in army. In my case I got also food compensation as my serviceplace did not offer any food. And of course after six moths the daily allowance gets a bit higher.
