Did you know that you can delete delete players in the options by pressing 'ctrl + alt + enter'.

About the TT ingame is a very good idea, because it sucks to exit the game and then to open the stats.txt to see your TT.

real wr's arent ment to be broken every week, just look at some of the olympic wr's, for example the 100m wr is 9.79 and that wr stands since 1999

Did you configure the key using elmaconf.exe?
If you did, you probably have 'Disable for P1' checked, if you uncheck the box it should work fine.
