I made quick terminal only program, use at own risk. I think it works though. state-multiplayer-remover.exe By default it tries to open state.dat in same directory and outputs state_mp_removed.dat file. You need very low fps (some 41 worked best if I remember right) to begin the stretch, then a little bit higher so that your wheel doesn't go in the ground but still keeps stretching, then high-ist to go back. Theoretically at least 3 different FPS values, but I only ever managed to do it with 4 usi...
