I think that it's because more ppl have got it from school ( elma spreads very easily in schools). And since there are many computers in each school in nordic "richer" countries it spreads very easy. And the more players there are from one country the more chance you got that there are goo...

I also stopped to play internals when my tt was about 47 something. But one month or so ago i started to play internals again and it was very cool. tt now is 43,50. It's not fun too play levels too much, I have like periods where i play on kind of levels. Now internals......
