I fixed the alt+tab bug (i prefer to use ctrl+esc) by installing a windows 7 like start menu. The 8.1 start menu was messing ctrl+esc in my case. I installed the freeware StartW8. Thanks for the other fixes. It worked at over 300 fps with d3d. Now I use DXGL and it works great in full screen. Thanks...
