I doesn't mess anything up. All that subconscious problems dealing and stuff, is very much only theories. No one no exaclty why we and animals dream. You're right about the only a small part of your sleep. When you can remeber your dream it's usually because you have just dreamt it aka it has happen...

Yeah it's ok if you like that sort of thing.. I don't like the way the creatures follow with you in lvl. So most places will have creatures around your lvl, instead of some places for the easer creatures and some for the tough.. Your gfx card must really suck:/ I run oblivion on my radeon 9600 pro:/...
