yeah...there are 2 rather easy ways to handle this, easiest is what K and dz said, to copy recs,levs and state.dat file to a floppy disk or disks and the other one is to just send all your files to some of us or some friend online who can send them back to you, or just upload your all important elma...

about saving runs in mpeg / avi ..... how did yu do it ? swos does it wit some method..tv card or some...but even i would know how to do it if i played elma in windowed mode...but its still in hibernatus progress right ?

using hyper cam let yu save any windows apps that are in win mode blaah blooh
