Elma chess champs is a good idea and needs a nice looking website for scoretables. Also it should be 100% english and open for everyone equally.

Try change the resolution of your windows OS and elma both and see if it helps. You could try change some random video card options too and refresh rates. hmmp I have to re-answer my own poll. I use firefox now only on windows and gnome-based linux like ubuntu. Recently I tried kubuntu which just replaces gnome with kde and it has konqueror as the default browser so I might be trying that more in future..
