GuyB had the backup of the file!
So, thx to him i still have my state.dat

What is merge.dat?

I´ve got Win98, and my computer freezes too when i touch the flower in Across
I cant install XP because of some kinda problem with my HD.
But at one of my friends, he can play Across in XP without any problems.
