my current tree at lvl 94, flameblast templar (possible detonate dead build, but it proved to be worse)
edit 13.10.2014: lvl 95, made some changes in routing around templar start and as a result got elemental dominion and more strength

ye attr. requirements are treated like 0 0 0 if the item is corrupted, so it would roll any color combination ez.
dunno about the value, maybe a bit more than 1 divine still? no idea. colors are bad for spells but might be ok for some crit bow builds or smth

Yeah, I may have confused desync issues with some other ongoing internal problems, I guess. Let's just hope it will get fixed soon.

I do think their current send-receive system is flawed in a big way, which causes desync and bullshit deaths as a result. I guess they are trying too hard to believe that there's no other way and MOBA's way of dealing with it will ruin the pace and feeling of the game, doesn't seem to me like that. ...

You can make a godly 5-6L chest out of it, but you are gonna need a crapton of currency anyway and imo in most cases it won't be worth it in the end. Go for it if you are feeling lucky though.
