yes it is. check the page for asia to see where it is (it is this country with the red flag over there, under russia). i found people from there on elmaclub.com if you wonder...

Ever seen the guy that finishes Super Mario 3 to Nintendo 8-bit in 12 mins? from what I know Super Mario 3 is quite much older than Elma ;X

that miranda joke came up already earlier in this topic, i'm quite sure.
and i think koreans are maybe more into games than japanese guys. but we don't have either nationalities, so it doesn't matter.
