Karlis, no it doesn't. For example, when Champi0N and KingKong broke the 44 & 43 minutes' limits it was almost impossible to keep on track of the styles since new styles appeared weekly, so the WRs TT went down drastically at that time.

Nowadays it's a lot easier to get as close to the WRs TT as Champi0N were (+1:15,79), still it's quite tough, though.

Nowadays we also have good moporecs, the alovolt patch and so on. The WRs TT is going down slower than it used to go before.
