"Well, unless you don't happen to know any other elma-related acquaintances named 'Glinka' in the scene - then yes - it's most likely me"
blablabla. Nice to see you around BarTek :*
If someone put same nick as your, you will be discconected. But insult Berhabdul for any problem in Belma.

Xratio did you know that posting on to this topic obligates the poster to leave the scene and never to come back. if you did not, maybe its time for you to read the rules again:

Mopolauta forum rules § 7-203. Posting a reply to "The Quitting Topic !"

You may only reply to this topic if you are quitting the scene with no intention of ever coming back. your post must be in the following format: I (nick) hereby quit elastomania and everything even closely related to it and never return. time and date: dd.mm.yyyy

Mopolauta forum rules § 7-204. Article § 7-203 only concerns the following nicks and persons behind these nicks: Xratio

Well hi there

For the past 5 years I've always played elma in on-off seasons. Few months I play, few months I don't. At this moment, as you may have noticed, I'm on my off-season.

I guess I would've return to the scene pretty soon (I miss elma), but still, you see my post in the quitting topic. Reason: army.

Yes, my time has come to serve my country. My recruitment is on next Tuesday. I finish my service in 2017 :?
That's quite an interesting service, actually. I'll have access to all kinds of top-secret-positions. As from next week, I'll be formally identified as "M.", and my face will be blurred in public pictures 8) (terms of the military unit)

Yet - 9 years on duty. And that means barely seeing home. And that means no elma for a loooong time. No on-off seasons, just one big no-time-for-elma until I'm 27.

So I came here to say goodbye and thanks for the great time and have fun in the future. I promise to check the scene every once in a while, see if there's new WRs and stuff.

Elma is surely a great game with a great scene - keep it that way!
So till my next visit - cya all.

Regular service
National military service is mandatory for Jewish and Druze men and Jewish women over the age of 18, although exceptions may be made on religious, physical or psychological grounds (see Profile 21).

Men serve three years in the IDF, while women serve two. The IDF allowed women who volunteer for several combat positions to serve for three years because combat soldiers must undergo a lengthy period of training. Women in other positions, such as programmers, who require lengthy training time may also serve three years. Women in most combat positions are also required to serve as reserve for several years after their dismissal from regular service.

I just quit belma (had to kill the graphic interface quite aggresively), and I won't be playing it anymore for a at least a while. This is because of several reasons:
  • I'll be going to brazil till february in 1 month.
  • Belma is freaking laggy and impossible to start in wine (ubuntu). In fact everything is fucking CRAP in ubuntu lately. I can barely browse the internet properly. It's a miracle I got guitar pro to run (albeit laggy, so useless).
  • I have plenty of other things to do. I recently played belma out of nostalgia. It was fun, though not as addictive as it used to be.
I sent milagros a pm asking about hacking the introscreen away. I guess it's not that needy anymore. My computer is not high range, but it seems with the newest generation of software too slow (2.53 ghz cpu/256 megs of ram). Imagine, I only use it for basic stuff and I have frustrations about it hourly.

See you guys still in lauta :)
