elma makes my arms hurt late at night

What have elma done to your sleep??
For me elma has done nothing to my sleep tonight, that means i haven't slept anything. When being up this late and playing computer my arms hurts all over like i have been working ot for hours, WHY???

elma never got into my dreams/life... of course i think about it all day, but it never caused anything in my real life. and yes, i'm sitting on my comp many hours, but i've done that even before elma.

kopaka bad place for a typo

and the keyboard position is wrong, i can sit like 8 hours on the day withpout it hurting, but when i sit 02.00-05.00 it hurts like hell

once I really really tried to do as many push ups as possible... I did 7... and then I was totally exhausted. And I dont even think I could do 3 today. Why push ups? Do bouncing!

my pushups PR - 76 in one minute

but now i don't do pushups because they develop too much endurance, not enough strength
