wtf, i can't believe! A Hungarian cheater too. And what about this nh guy? He's cool in programming. And just check his records on ALP. Maybe he is a cheater too? And jx? He beated Darm's RF wr...

nobody suspected anybody
abu sent me autoplay, i tried it, made a prog, tested my elma dir and only one other rec found cheated - 52darm.rec
so i sent to abula and that's it

Best players are always suspicious, but I think they checked everybodys recs, so it wasnt like only hunt for Darms head

Talked with darm, i could say few important things he said to me such as :

1. He personally said to me that he cheated (so no more doubting?)
2. He said that he hasnt used the prog in battles for last half year or something, but 'only in pipe levs'.
3. He said he can drive 38 tt without any cheats with bare hands.

Well isnt it quite obvious that a noob cant cheat a wr? If you have something to ask, ask. i have the log here, asked many things from him, maybe i can answer you then

so darmoed suddenly went completely ignorant? i dont think so (i'm dectectif). sounds like normal "please-spare-me"-lie. well it's not strange that he's a good liar, not really bothered with fooling ppl.

also in the above post he says he has tbc, dunno if it's a joke or not, but just because he admitted to cheating doesn't mean he won't lie. seems to me he'll lie about anything that will make him look as an as good person as possible, without remorse. (three "as" in one sentence, wow).

That's the way programmers talk, they only count the amount of real activity. Making my saveload took about 1 afternoon, but i already knew much about elma (though i didn't know about the greatest disasm yet. Won't tell you which one, Abula would say i help cheaters).

lol, me too. I just don't have the 48h per day to play as much as i virtually play with saveload. FYI i think i am better with my cheat than dmd was with his (as long as you give me styles, though), because i broke several WRs very quickly when i came on #ic-team to watch replays

(tor and cloud were very nice to share recs with me when i paid a visit from time to time) But that may mean i'm only better for using the cheat or my cheat is better. Drove 53.xx from cloud's 59.xx in bowling, 47.xx from deadelous wr in lev 48 (don't remember the name :/), 1:17.xx in animal farm from cloud's 1:19.xx, and 39.8x in 1 hour after cloud shew me his 44.xx in quick round. And i really didn't play much, most of the time i had to copy elma back to my hard drive on saturday and removed it at the end of the week end.

Funny, that's also when we started getting replays from you, ie. we'll never know whether it's true. You could have started when you had 46 and quickly went down to 43 then 41. Which you explained to me with "well, people change" (or something like that, i have the IRC log on my computer which is in a box right now :/). Since that i've always thought there was something wrong with you and never liked to see your name on WR tables (that was when you got 39 tt IIRC).

Thanks God, that I wasn't that stupid to hÃ¶yl internal WRs. I know, that everyone says, that OLP sucks, and I know, that it's much harder to have WRs on internals (as on OLP there are no cheaters... are there?). But my fucking OLP15 WRs, that 3 were at least 100% mine (and that 1 OLP03) and I was glad to have them. I know, that they were not 100% outhÃ¶yled, but they will be.

But I admit, that DMD had to hÃ¶yl a lot even though he had that cheated elma.exe... I hope that all the cheaters will not be chaught... hopefully they will tell it before being caught.

P.S: milagross is really a great person/programmer. It was good to meet him last year. I hope we will meet again.

P.P.S. Adertisement: There will be an Elma Meeting at Lake Balaton between 13-15 august. Just tell me, if you want to visit the Hungarians. We're the Children of Balaton.

But I think that we shouldnâ€™t be so angry.
As I know DMD never said he was coolest. He understood he hadnâ€™t right to do it.
Cheating is something like drugs: if you try it you canâ€™t stop. Itâ€™s a sickness. I donâ€™t hate him, Iâ€™m very sorry for him. But it canâ€™t be forgotten.
I think that to ban somebody for 1 year is not right. Itâ€™s to much. Abula, you should imagine something else. Itâ€™s only when a person is caught for the first time. If he will not understand, he must be banned.
My idea: money. If you are caught for the first time, you should pay some money to be allowed to play more. And If you are caught for the 2nd, 3rd time, youâ€™ll be banned for 1 year and be able to return also if you pay some fine. Itâ€™s common situation. It can be extended.
Maybe itâ€™s a bit fully, but in one year nobody will return. Itâ€™s psychology.

A 1 year ban is definitely too short. He made people to lose money and a lot of time. Nice extra work for px and Abula to fix all the statistics.

McElast I disagree, he knew perfecly well of the punishment of cheating but
cheated anyway and must therefore face the consequence.

A one year ban is sufficient, but a life-time ban would be even better.
The way you would like it to be makes it look like cheating is acceptable,
and something you do undeliberatly.

I think it's good that darm is finally revealed so that he can move on
with his life and stop wasting time on creating a fake image of himself.
