Quiz reborn #2

This quiz is like the screenshot test by MUe. Using the text from that page since i am lazy:

"In these picture you can see screenshot of some internal levels.
Your task is to recognize which is the level that has the given screenshot. One level can be more times. Every screenshot is suitable to determine the level."

The only thing is that these are made to be a bit harder than those screenshots. There are no pictures, and every level is ground/sky (so for instance headbanger would have a ground-foreground, sky-background, it would also be grass- and picture-less.

When you have your answers written down (preferably) Here are the answers. The url next to each answer is to the whole pic from which the quiz-pic was cropped. hopefully if you had any toubles understaning the answers these will help you understand. Then as usual you can post which ones you got right, but only write the number, not what you guessed for.

My quiz. There is only three questions, but it should be not so easy.

1) How many internals was designed not by Csaba/Balas. Please, write the levelname and its designer.

2)What's the all-known lev here?
Image

3)And what's the lev here?

Answers will be later.
