if you have a problem with someone, then by all means it's best to tell them. but if you're just going to be a dick and cuss someone up for no good reason, then it's best to keep it to yourself.

Oh shut the f-ck up all of you

You know you can't really say how you're feeling over the internet in typing so just stop trying

Honestly, some of you guys act like you're ten years old (of course, some of you might be, I don't know, so forget that) :)

Back to topic, I can only do enigma the slow way (about 50 secs). Do you guys think there is a way to bounce back onto the very first platform without driving all the way back to the wall on the left? That would rock if anyone knows how that could be done.

I have tried that, and I think it seems pretty much impossible, atleast harder than bouncing up the the platform at the flower...

yup, it is possible and not that hard even. Don't know if i have any recs of it and I don't even know how i would upload them so.... I bet there are like 200 others who have done that bounce too, ask them ;)

Faster start on Animal Farm

Post by Phillip »

Here's a 1-2 seconds faster start on Animal Farm:

31start.rec

It seems hard to jump far enough to the left, but it would surprise me if it was impossible

I actually made this one accidentally, I still haven't finished the level with the moporec style. (I have only gotten over the rooster's head three times, this was one of them and I really screwed it up  )

Hi everybody. I am a n00b like some many others, even though im a real noob i wanted to make it over the pole on "The Steppes" so I invented my own way (im pretty sure its known by many before). So I have made this way on 25.XX

so noobs look at this if you want to lower your TT time.

http://intranet.ktg.se/~marjoh/10n00b.rec

PS: I MADE IT UNDER 50 TT TODAY (whit this way)....YEEHAA

one day, enigma will be 16:xx...
i tried double-bounce, the first cutting the way+alovolt to the right, and the second is the finish one... i wasnt THAT close to the flower, but it's possible, that's what i think anyway.

the bounce above the killers is ez (not for me, but generaly), so i edited the lev so the start position is in the lower floor, when you have the same acceleration as after the first bounce. now, i didn't do a real bounce with brake, just a high jump, cos you can't bounce there.

if you have good bounce and good acceleration, it's possible (don't rush to say it's impossible...).

i am sorry but i have to say it.

wke-
please stop posting here shit about enigma.

i think you are a realy nice boy.

but you have to understand- in enigma you have to go up to get some speed.

i think it's more easy to do warm up in 12 sec than to do your "style"
in enigma.

Half off-topic.

Everybody knows the style in Slalom where you jump from left wall to that pole and make a volt to get more speed to slalom (in old style you just jumped down, picked up the apple and took the speed in the "corner"). I invented this! I don't remember for 100% sure but 99% at least :].

you don't need to bounce first time
just jump back with one wheel on the top and took the apples with lower wheel (it's not hard, but you need luck)
second bounce isn't hard neither (about 70%)
but the last...

According to Jalli, you can also drive the start with the normal style, and bounce up to the apples.
And yep, the second bounce is ez. It might be possible to just jump, not bounce, by the last apple.

yes its very possible to just "jump" at the last apple (and its just as fast as bouncing). the only problem with this style is the two apples in the start, and maybe to keep your speed at the end. and we all know toringe is skilled and he might even have a ez style for the 2 apples. what i mean is, its not so omfg hard as some of you are saying.

first 2 bounces are ez (when i hoyled curva for fun, i did those bounces all the time).

now, the problem is to take the 2 apples and MAYBE to jump to the last hang....

100% not faster. Just do a normal start and merge...
I´d upload a rec of a FAST start if I could upload. Sorry.

It is slower and harder... so...

2nd bounce ? piece of a cake ! if i can do it, EVERYBODY can do it, no exceptions. you really don't need to bounce, btw.
and now my lap-top is connected to the internet, so here are some replays :

maybe if you're bouncing right after the 2nd bounce again, you can hang on the higher polygon and from than the way is ez... well, the replay only shows what i mean, not the complete style....
the rec

what i told you in my last post... sticking with both wheels to the wall and than volt to the hang (in the first apple)
the rec

ALMOST standing on the last polygon ! if i would want to hang, it would be ezier.... uggghhh i was so close....
the rec

EDIT
yeah i know it's not lev #37... but you'll forgive me, don't you ? :?
