no doubt many ppl unlock the wcup levs, i didnt check but i suppose they are locked. obviously this isn't fair, tho mho is that it's better to publish unlocked levels than the unlocker, however it might be easier to cheat that way? probably not, cos it's so damn easy to find the unlocker. and please don't redirect this to an old thread, now it's alavolt times and world cup times and a new discussion should be rosen. so ramone, hibernatus, abula, mila, mj, and everybody else - please share your well thought opinions :*

my cool levunlocker ain't working with 1.11h so I don't bother to open..not yet at least... I don't care much if they are locked or not but would be fine w me if they were open already

i have level-unlocker
i downloaded it from capo a few months ago but didn't ever try it
i don't even know whether (or how) it works

levs at wc04 should not be locked
that's my opinion

they doesnt really have anything to do with elma.exe...

the problem is of course, leaving lev unlocked makes u feel somehow "giving up" i think... but we should face the facts: if u lock a lev, there will surely be ppl who cant unlock it, as the same time, every average/top kuski can unlock whenever they want. can it get more unfair than this ?

I don't mean I would think that only pro's have unlocker is a good thing but we cannot give in every thing. The game can't ever be fair to everyone. We keep on this more and more (legalizing programs because other people are using them anyway) and in the end the game will be ruined.

After we found out save & load program exist we just publish it so everyone has the advantage? If this isn't the end I wonder what is. Maybe a program that counts the fastest route and even make it that way?

it's better for noobs to lock the lev, they would most likely to edit the lev and after that they would wonder why is my rec0l not working anymore?!?! why was I DQ? WHY?!?!

yeah it does. It's not an unlocker u use. When I go to editor and open a locked level it opens it,just that simple. Internal prog

hi, i'm a newbe, i don't have a levelunlocker, but i think u can use it:
1) for finding the shortest way
2) for trying difficult parts (and start there)

but if u want to do that, u can use the immortal feature of the nitro patch which is on the elma for ever cd...

For trying difficult parts it would be easier to have a levelunlocker, i'll look on the internet

i have a lev unlocker that just opens the lev and elma version doesn't care
it's quite easy to program
just to change a few bytes

Well milagros, since you're talking about it, i've found it too. I wanted to steal the nice elma icon from elmaconf.exe (1.11hb patch) and i found those secret buttons. What is the "R" button for??
Btw, if you people don't know what i'm talking about, download ResHacker (it's a freeware).
