feb 24-26 or march 2-4 seems to be prefered, unless we wanna move to much later, of those we have replied in here FW is only to not answer the doodle.

Ye, sorry for not keeping a hold on making this happen. My bad excuse is I just started new education bango and it's a bit stressful. I know Sick_Mambo wants to come aswell and that he has work on the 24th and 25th of february (and possibly also the 2nd and 3rd of march) which makes for a sticky situation about leaving vandmand and posibly mambo out vs epp. But mambo and others who want to come should really do the doodle now so we can make a proper decision, I'll try to push it for him again if I run across him on eol.
How about a deadline for doodling this Sunday?
And anyone who reads this, and has other means of contacting anyone else who might be interested, who doesn't regularly read lauta: Let them know.

its np, im good. only reason why the march dates were crossed out for me was because it was like that by default and i thought it had to be in feb.

great! so for now it will be set for the 16th and 17th of march. should be plenty of time to get everything planned and i'll just need to get a final go from my roommates before it's totally set, but we're getting somewhere now. (that is if it's still going to be here, but should be no problem with the amount of people who have doodled. if anyone else finds an even better place to host it, make sure to let us know here)

March the 16th yes. I'm sorry for being so slow. I've come in a bit of a dilemma though. I just got results from an MR scan of my knee and I found out I have to go through surgery and supposedly I should get scheduled for it within the next 4 weeks. So there's a fairly big chance it will be just before the planned date and that would probably not work out if I had the surgery just days before. The problem is I won't be able to do much the first couple of weeks after. If I'm lucky and get scheduled in a week or two it might still be posible, but it would be more realistic to go for a later date. Well this just really sucks. I'll let you know here when I know more.

Ah, that doesn't sound like fun. I'll be ready with a second's notice (and think that FW will too), but maybe it's better to postpone. Anyway, it's the host who have the final word, so give it a little time until you know more about the situation. And good luck too!

So I finally know more... My first examination won't be untill the 26th. But I don't know if it's still realistic to go forward with the weekend the 16th and 17th as it's so close now? Are people still free and willing to make it happen?

The next couple of months are just really not good for me. Both with the surgery, which I still don't know when will be, and with massive school work in April and May. So I don't see myself hosting anything in these next couple of months, sadly. But sometime in the summer could be an option, of course people have many other plans here aswell. Sorry for getting peoples hopes up and then not being able to pull through with it
