Now for the explanation:

It tend to be taken for bad luck, Number 13 = bad luck
But I'd say the current record was like holy fuck. It was a nice rec, and it was all luck basically

It's the comination of the shortest and the worse, Add the number 10 (The steppes has the shortest wrtime) + the number 4 (over and under, zweq said his wr was very bad on this level) = 14
according to zweq, who finishes first. Zweq has wr on both steppes and OaU, and according to him his OaU time was bad (no need to quote)
Add the two, and then take away one, 14 - 1 = 13
