LGR-DK

Could someone make a new LGR-DK that does not use DOS?
It could help much because MAKE_LGR.EXE and the others doesn't work coz of DOS is not working..I think it wouldn't be too hard to make it work. At least if you know how to make DOS work on my PC it would be great, but thanks for help anyway. I use WinXP.
Im not sure if this in the right area..

google it kale. everything works if you know what you want and what you are doing. everyone has had this problem with dos before on xp. i cant remember how to solve it, all i can advice is just to google it for you atm

i could use an answer to this aswell. i was going to make an lgr in november i think.
