Nice project! Guess mila turned the scene upside down once again!
This must be the 4th or 5th time mila does that. (cheat tools, ballelma, eol, 32tt)
What implication do you believe this would make?
My guess.
- Nobody cares about wr anymore, limits is known, styles known, why hoyl?
- Wr must be driven online
- After two years pexi freeze wrs update
- Mila releases recs and kazan drives the styles and do 34tt
- Mila release the tool and http://elmacheat.tripod.com/ becomes very popular until 29tt

Even more simplified version without any physics of the bike could be applicable too, to simply outline the possible routes. This would be cool to see, i wonder if he used that, or something more primitive instead. I'm still convinced none of that was in use though. Brain styles, saveload driving, optimize bounces with proggy, ...., profit!
I think a program that looks for the best possible route has been done before. I am pretty sure I saw a rec driven of Mario Cart on speeddemos.com. It was a program that found every bug in the game to drive the fastest possible route. Maybe Mila just emulated something like that for elasto. Either way, share the recs is my vote.

Oh, interesting. Somehow missed that topic (though i wasn't that active back in 2009, maybe that's why), thanks for the link, some interesting read there, a simple and applicable way of optimizing the runs. I thought of something like this, but didn't expect someone to code and use such stuff in practice. Also, taking milagros' insanely hoyled times in trainlevs into consideration, i assumed that he just needs to use saveload, no further optimization is needed :)
Out of curiosity - how much time does one rec take to be done? are we talking of minutes or rather of hours/days here? Hi flyer looks like it was driven in 30mins + 30mins on calculations. I have no idea why i got that impression, but it keeps bugging my mind.

I am so excited about this project, I want to see every replay by mila.
And it would not influence internal scene anything since it's practically already dead. I think the opposite actually, people maybe will find more interest in internals again after sharing some of these incredible recs by mila =)

I say again, MAKE A VIDEO of it.

Someone make a poll and ask whether this is good or bad, then we can decide if it is good or bad.

But even if most people want to see them it still is stuck with mila.

MILAgros YOU ARE THE KING.

exactly o,o that's what i was talking about some time ago, setting a certain "physical" value for the bounce strengths. As mila seemingly achieved to calculate such value for his bounces - why not apply the system to the uncheated recs and for example set the "legit" boundary 1 unit above Stini's Enigma bounce (if it had been on the table for so long - i think there is no need to explain why it should stay there), so that we can easily and unarguably determine whether a bounce is legit or not in the future :)

I think if Mila doesn't end up sharing replays for internals atleast do it to Master cup levels after the round has been completed or famous levels like world cup levels. We want to see this program in action! Don't keep the people waiting Mila! You have us by the balls here.

Except that it takes effort to make the runs even with saveload and autoplay. It's not just simply running the program. And he did mention he's going to release one rec monthly.

well if thats the truth and these recs really exist i am impressed! Great work, teh_mila! So, if our votes can change mila's mind i vote for sharing vid but recs. I would rather watch a movie with a good soundtrack than see fifty four recs wanking on each move in slowmo.

hah best april fools ever? fooled everyone who thought even for a second that those times were a joke.

personally and since several different saveload programs are publicly available, I think a movie of all those recs could be only a good thing for the health of internal scene. sure, there is the argument of killing the joy of possibly finding any of those insane styles legit but i think mila would agree that with most of them that is simply never ever going to happen.

the future of elma lies within battles without a doubt but i think this could only motivate some people to go for the crazy styles that are actually within the realms of being reasonably doable. better now when people still have hoyling spirit in them than in 2020 don't you think?

btw i'll use the moment for a shout out to everyone who doesn't send mila their wr recs: fuck you. who do you think you are? insignificant dipshits.

mila, are the 54 internal cheated recs for sale?
if so, for how much?
one price for all 54?
price per each? (if so, dif price dif recs?)

I know a few are spreaded on youtube vids but real recs are the deal.
So, tell your price (if they even are for sale) so I can decide if its worth it.

Thanks!

nah, because all the time that you spent creating the recs and your just going to keep them for yourself. I went along with the every 2 month thing but holding them to yourself seems creapy. It's like a guy who can set a Guiness world record for fastest rubix cuber but doesn't show anyone and keeps it to himself but goes around telling people he can do it.

If someone got all WRs legitimately, would there be such demand for the recs? Probably. Would it be dealt with the same way? I don't think so. We've all come to realize that it's up to the WR-holder, and the WR-holder alone, to decide whether or not he or she wants their rec public. So shut the fuck up and learn to live with mila's decision.

I don't want to shut my fuck up, the point here is that milagros one day says he will release a rec every month or so (which is very arbitrary by the bye), and the next day he says "ok actually I won't". It's frustrating, that's all; so i do understand why people are upset, as I am myself.

I don't think he will simply let them rot somewhere.

Also, I kind of take comfort in knowing that there are styles out there which are not yet made/spread.

Mila has spent countless hours working on cheat detection and trying to break cheating in elma, to make it as honest and fair a game as possible. When Smibu spread undetectable SL, it meant that a lot of Mila's hard work went to waste because of one stupid decision. If Mila wants to be angry over that, that's fair. A hell of a lot more frustrating than being denied something you don't have any right to in the first place.
