btw. i think DMD is the best player trhow history, he just haven't made as many WR's as ec. Jokke, because it isn't long ago he started to make WR's so in the time that come I think he will become THE GREATEST PLAYER EVER !!!

If you're looking for the most skilled player of all time, then in my opinion it's probably psy. Just by looking his impsybility rec you can tell he has a lot of talent.

But then there are players like Jeppe, TorInge and DarmoeD who used to hÃ¶yl all day long, and that way they do get nice records and success.

And you new players don't know about old hÃ¶ylÃ¤s like Mazor, Joni and Nikke. They were very good at their time and deserve at least to be mentioned. Back then there weren't so great recs freely downloadable from MopoSite and players had to figure out the styles theirselves or by trading recs with other players.

I dont think u can decide at this moment, whether or not someone has been the best kuski ever, with all the cheating at the moment... but how do u define "best"... the one with most wrs ever ? the one with the best tt for the longest period? most wrs in one table? most wr improvements ??? and so on and so forth....

anyway, a guy like psy, he is probably the only one who could just decide to do a wr and really make it... even though he dont care... well, I guess dz is in that category now to... still he played a bit

Maybe I missed someone... donÂ´t know.
(then we allways has Nikke, Zoxer, Mazor, zeth, Jokke, Karlis)

I guess I would write different names depending on when I wrote it, tomorrows list could look different... Maybe Luni is best... when he really tried he ruled wc even harder than DarMoeD and ppl think DarMoeD cheats cause he is so good...

(and, dont take this list too serious. Of course it is really impossible for me to know who is really best)

When I started playing across PRA, and Champion in particular, were the greatest, so naturally, when I think back on great names I think of Champion. Since then I have learned about many other drivers and now I feel the following are worth considering

Champion : of course

King kong : In PRA also, dominated in the beginning of elma in the new levels

Jokke : Always been around, always belonged to the absolute elite, respect to him

Psy : unbelievable skillful

Karlis : The greatest innovator

( imho )

Dz : 39 min limit breaker, rocks in all aspects of elma

DarMoeD : soon to be 38 min limit breaker, a god in internals, and still manages to be nr 1 in worldcup .. incredible

These were the names that came to mind.. ... others are properly also worth mentioning... but slipped my mind just now 8P

For example Abula checked wc3 recs and he didn't cheat there. He has also made many new styles, how you can cheat them? Would you get 12 WRs at the same table with some state editing/time scaling/whatever?

I don't exactly know what cheats have nostra used, but if it's only state edit TomCat could drive about 0,03 worse times than his WRs...and same with all other players, we ALL could do as good?
I'm not backing up what he did but it's pretty dumb that most of the people think they are now better players than the ones who cheated. What about Karlis.. can we get better times than him too? Also Nostradas both wcup wins were aprox 0,5 seconds to the second...and Abula said that he only mrickx's recs were cheated in cup

And then my own opinion to the question:
I quite new so the older players aren't so familiar. So I must choose the best players who I know better..

Psy: He is maybe the coalest player. Have done good in both internals and externals. I think he doesn't care only about fame and WRs and plays the contests he likes. Also rox at battles which is a good proof of skills...simply the besterest

dz: Was ruling the tt tables (with pajen) back then when I was a noob. He has had WRs in many different levels, played also other contests and ruling mopobattles. HC talent

Jeppe: Crazy svensson. HÃ¶ylÃ¤+skill=GREAT results. Tons of WRs ...also currently top at the king list. Too bad he didnt' take part in wcup, played only one round and was second there...FORGET THAT STARCRAFT!

I think you're all forgetting the greats Markku and Zyntifox. These guys both have their names in the Elma dictionary, and were the very best while in their prime. Zyntifox would be his own record like a bazillion times, doesn't that count for something? Markku's career came to an abrupt ending, but sometimes you'll have that. I still consider him one of the best. Also I think Joni should be considered just because of how he balled all over everyone for like 75 WR tables with his record on #20. I'd also have to say Karlis, just because of his masterfulness (is that even a word?) at coming up with new styles. Did original Steppes trick without even supervolting?! Now that is impressive to me. USA opinion.

XTC: quite many people have mentioned Jeppe. Also Jeppe always sent or (sends?) once in 2-3 months or something so he had more time to collect new WRs to one table. DarMoeD would have gotten like 10 WRs if he had waited for two months. And according to my lists Jokke has improved more WRs than Jeppe (in Elma).

if you have to name only one player and you name that player according to his playing achievements and your opinion about the player's skills. (not according to who's played the longest or who's the nicest guy (dmd is very nice too btw

)) then in my opinion that player is DarMoeD. easily.

btw if you're noob and you aren't sure which player has achieved what, then i suggest you start finding that out by checking the wr stats, wcups, records section, mopobattle results etc, that will at least give you some idea.

DMD is definitely the best driver, however, if you combine all three factors of being a great(-est) player (skill, style inventing and hoyling), Zweq is easily the best player. I'm not a big fan of Zweq but he is the best.

DMD = skill + hoyling

Tor = the most skilled player

Zweq = skill + hoyling + insane styles

markku is one crazy player, he is very good at making little tricks that improve your drive a little that only he would think of.

I have like over 50 recs from him from battles that are all worth watching a second time

Cloud made some good points. WhoÂ´s the best player depends on what crierias you make, but I think Darmoed is the most skilled player. Also as people say: Zweq is insanely good and better styler.

The thing is when you private with some ppl (like Zweq told of dmd) you realize how Damn easy they take some records. Some people can just drive insane rides so easy.

Darmoed seems to be able to to the cleanest rides, or.. if all ppl have same style, he just does it fastest. Seems no styles these insane bouys cant do.

Darmoed is just the most skilled, just look how quick he made new wrs when he came back, Zweq had been hoyling for months to get many records. (not that thats bad.. most ppl cant do that)

He's a battl0r, he's not playing internals.. but u can see some wrs in early tables. He also plays some other externals; like Brinkens... and i saw him in KC.
To tell the best kuski is dame hard, cuz most of them is good at different things, but good kuskis:

Hard to tell when when ppl only play one thing. Like DMD, Zweq, t0r, cloud barely only play internals, and a little KC. Markku only play battles, MP and others only play Externals.

But if they all played all things, they maybe couldn't have made the same results.

TorInge is absolutely the best!
But, Jeppe is better than him at some stuff, like hÃ¶yling the hell out of some types of level to get better times that Tor could!
