Yeah, this was very fun\funny and proves that Elma is still very much alive after the release of Across 20 years ago. Even when I woke up there was over 40 battles to play hehe. Also I checked on the site and it seems like even most night battles had at least 5 players, with the exception of a few. Pretty cool.

That was referring to december. Kinda surprising numbers since sometimes it feels liek there are way fewer active mans. That's also excluding those who come and go and didn't hapen to play in december. Considering that, together with this kreisi queue of 71, clearli this communiti is not even struggling, but thriving. So how about doing this again in 2027? =D

Markku and Anax added their first EOL balles into this queue... Anyone else? Anax is a friend of myne from another game, and his lev turned out to hev 9 line intersections. =)

Feels like this queue might stay continuous for many moar days. Add now and it'll be played in monday primetime! =D

Can anyone upload a screenshot of the record queue without chat cropped away? I like sach saved moments for some reason.
then again i don't know anything
maybe easier not to think abouut alöl things thought than not things thought ... or something..=?

I didn't get a "woo 71!!!" kind of chat, but was some fun quotes there anyway =D

So we are having more than 24hs of insane queue list and it will be last for many hours more. Great thing going on, many players on battles too.
I would like to arrange this sometimes. Not very often but once in a while.

Elastomania

EDIT: Almost 36hs of continuous battle queue at the moment. (14.02 4am EET)

Any easy way to generate that? Would be interested in a weekly or monthly average since EOL came out!

That is like 75% because of the absence of TL (who never really even participated in the big queue days).

link is not main, its only to show how like it)
i see that there are few mans playing elma last time, much less than in time when we had 71 balle queue in 2017. But not sure 100% that much less (mb just less).

I dont see how another wr queue would do anything really positive for the scene. It brings more players, yes, but its only for one day. And most levels (as I recall) are total shit anyway. Those times when new record was attempted and I joined ppl were always yelling "Ram, make lev!" or similar. And same to anyone who joined. So more pkayers but many 5 min battles and shit. And many well made levels late in queue so battle happens nighttime with few players.

If want to do something that will bring players do like "EBDxyy" Eol Battle Day.
EBD101 etc. Where someone collects levels in a less serious way than wc/EOL pack from any player and posdibly edit abit. Then like once a month like a sunday we could have EBD. Like a quality battle day. No need for set nr of battles/event either. Could be 5 or be 20. Depending of levels, battle type and general mood. Any battle type and any level type should be ok. But one person should collect and rename for order, other ppl not allowed to add levels.

The idea is not another battle cup or score keeping or stats. That will only keep some ppl from joining, cause it will make ppl feel forced to play all battles. This is merely an idea for a more fun day in Eol. A way for players to know, that day I can play more quality levels, and will be tighter competition and hence more fun (I know some ppl didagree and prefer 5 ppl battles to get a win and somehow that makes you feel good at elma and also stats is more important to you than fun. No worries, all other 29 or 30 days a month will be like that so it will not interfear much) and levelmakers know more players will play and that is a good thing I hope.

Its not for me to decide but when I think of this its not about overpolished "levelpack-type-of-levels", but rather a mix of everything. Some wellmade, some raw and playful, but not all these total crap levels. Like most of my battle levels are only made cause nothing is going on at that moment. So a little filter with someone collecting a good mix of levels seems like a very good thing.

Good idea?
Who wanna start it?

This queue event was very special last time. Yes, the quality obviously suffered, but the quantity more than compensated for it. These two days felt like one big celebration and the atmosphere in the chat was very special. It was great to see levels by people who normally don't create anything (e.g. Targenor), and for a moment it felt like we had an endless supply of battles and the word "new" didn't need to be said ever again. I would gladly participate in another of these and in a way enjoy it much more than any "serious" event with long battles that often tire me.
