Doesn't Abula have some AH poster signed by Balazs? I think that would be kinda what you're looking for.

2635x1392 seems fine, but for larger levs like AH or labpro it will be too little. Needs some 5000x3000 or so, imo.

Yeah can always just do a bunch of screenshots and put them together, if you just want a single level for a poster. F1+enter to not get 10 bikes in there.

what about sky? will it be static? because while you move through the level, the sky moves related to ground.

By the way, old moposite has some maps of internal levels too:

But they are in minimap format.

Here's a mini business idea for someone: offer to print any levs in any lgr into any size poster. I know I'd pay good money for this. :D
then again i don't know anything
maybe easier not to think abouut alöl things thought than not things thought ... or something..=?

Tried some baisik 1920x1080 with lowest possible zoom ingame but impsy to get good maps of like downhill unless you paste together several pictures, and sky gets fragmented like a bitch and objects are barely even visible. Levs like bowling and freefall med flera is a is a realy beast

in NEW! i use offscreen rendering to put level in cache (for replays).
I could use this to output level maps, but it won't be really the same as ingame.

edit

for example :

downhill : http://kopasite.net/up/0/downhill.png

labpro : http://kopasite.net/up/i24mn5h77ia59ce/laby_pro.png

apples are not visible but it's not a problem to make them appear. Level of detail is customizable too

this is very nice indeed!

and, totem, is it possible to render "true" grass to these pictures? The one which doesn´t look so polygon-ish.

Yeah, and also it might look better using the original .tga picture files instead of the .pcx files used in the lgr file.

Tigro : not really; in LGR the grass is composed of QGRASS.pcx, which I use to render grass as polygon, and a choice between several QUP_*.pcx (depending on the slope) to render the darkgreen part of the grass. I don't render QUP* part because it's too complex and heavy to update dynamically.

Lee : I'm not sure I get your point. I read LGR files to be elma-compatible, and it contains PCX.. or?

You know in the LGR Development Kit how there are .TGA files and .PCX files?
Compare them.

And I didn't know you were using NEW editor to make those.
