Your top5 for wc6?

Post by Igge »

Just for fun, who do you think will place in the top5, and in what order? 1 point if kuski is simply present in top5, 2 points for guessing correct placement as well. If a certain kuski quits, or if someone you didn't expect plays there will be no mercy (i.e. if markku were to play you can't change your mind after cup has started and put him in 1st plaace). You can however edit your list up until august 31st, but after that no edits allowed.

my:
1. zweq
2. kazan
3. spef
4. madness
5. nightmar

i will purchas anpdad.exe for 20 exalted orb for the duration of the cup 8) on a serious note im still retired nabs

finman / adi / madness, if they gonna höyl much they are definitely not worse than kazan or grob . then joker cards for spef / zero / jonsyg and other siimilar pros. Then some room for surprises maby jeppe / talli / luther / rest of SPEED / ngt / some russians / oldschool players. Anyway i dont give much chance to some oldschool mans that haven't been playing belma / eol almost at all, even if wcup is a lot about höyling a lot, the skill levels have got so much hiigher since previous wcup.

Since your retirement involves playing eol and making wrs i assume at the very least you'll also win wc6.

Orka order but I think top 5 consists of Kazan, adi, Zero, Bjenn and GRob (if zamppe doesn't play). Considered activity, previous success in contests, probability of hoyling hard and overall skill level :p don't think markku for example will play that seriously, hope I'm wrong though!

I think it's not so interesting to try to guess the top 5 because it's anyway all about who is going to play seriously and who is not. We all know the best current players. That's why I try to give some possible surprise names that could make it into top 5. They have been inactive but they have the skills so they shouldn't be completely counted out. A WC is such a big thing that they might have started secret trainage already.

John
Jeppe
YEAHS
Xiphias
Smibu
BarTek
Raven
jaytea
Ali
Mika
Cap
Karlis
mr
zyntifox
Quinn
+some even more oldschool guys

Also some active names that are very good but usually not in the top5 speculation but with hard work they might be able to surprise and make it:

Labs
Mielz
Honza
Pab
Thundr
Eddi
Kiiwi
Jamppa
jblaze
TTechnik
Lukazz
Morgan
J-Sim
Kuper
bamilan
+many more, sorry for them who I forgot :(

Besides individual competition WCUP is a team effort. Which teams do you think are going to succeed? Many of the best players aren't in a big team. I'm thinking BAP and SPEED might be the best teams, both with several good players that might be playing.
