I based my comment on the (incorrect) assumption that the styles would be possible to drive live even if hard.
Because I like the non tas scene and dont want it ruined.

Maybe you have thought of this already cause not dumb but I had to raise this question before I can agree to anything.

Edit (To summarize): First I was disagreeing because there are too many near wr times (Based on the only facts we have/had which is the mila list). This is a bad thing to share.
I also explained that some times (In the orginal mila list which is all we have) are really bad. Like int40.
Then I was disagreeing because I read your comment about 25-30 interesting racks as 25-30 that are interesting for normal wring, sharing this would, to me, ruin the game.

Ofc if there are 25-30 recs using normal stuff like zweqspinning freefall start and then bug bounce on triangle and 10.13 wr then share, don't share, whatever.
We do however need a list of all times at some point if there is gonna be any serious tas wr table osv.

There might be few tricks that are useful for normal riding, and even those are impsy to pull off. It's not like anyone improved WR of warm up after 13.84 rec was published

Also don't hype too much about the recs, there are probably only few recs that will make you cum, then quite a few oke ones and rest are mostly lazily höyled proof of concepts or alternate routes etc. :P

Now we are just waiting for mila to get home and take a look at the bug, tic tac tic tac

There is no way everyone will be pleased after certain decision is made.

I don't agree completely with bene that rec sharing now is "saying fuck you to many wrs and internal scene today". It might be that certain fucks will be said to certain wr holders (even that depends on their attitude towards wr table, i.e. are they desperately trying to hold on their wrs, or are they willing to be beat for greater good - wrtt drop). I take wrtt drop side, ignoring egoistic/must have my wr at certain int side. I agree that being on wr tablet gives respect points, but consider John - no wrs atm, still a kuski everyone remembers and respects for his internal achievements.

Also, someone has pointed out (or not, can't remember) that even tho tools are already out for some time, hardly any better times were done using the tools. I might argue, that not even all internals were finished using those. So sharing some of 32wrtt project recs is not something that would ruin new style ideas completely - it again might be useful not just for wrtt drop, but also for stimulating another ideas which are not explored yet. In this view, I see rec sharing as chance to revive some part of internal scene instead of beating to death already (almost) dead man.

Therefore, I see rec sharing as a win-win situation regarding further progress of internal scene and peoples' eagerness to see some pro recs. I have no power here, but the best way recs might be shared is according to wrtt drop, say - 2 recs, for 2 secs of wrtt - motivation and interest would be kept ON most of the time.

I personally don't even care anymore if recs will be shared or not, this discussion itself is fun :)

Peace.

Completely agree with TM. Wrs should be shared. I once had 2 wrs and yes it sucked to lose them but life is all about people improving on other people's achievements. It'll get harder and harder to beat wrs like Usain Bolt running 100m sprint but the world loves to see new and better achievements. It is the same with the elasto world. I don't play much at all anymore cause life gets busy but myself and many others who play the game would love to see these top notch replays and see who can pull off some of the styles after they are shared. Everyone wants the wrtt to drop and see who can have the lowest individual tt. People lose interest after a while in beating new wrs unless someone gives them some motivation like sharing a replay. After driving a 1:27-1:28 time on new wave AnpDad gave me a replay that had a sick style in one section. Gave me motivation to go for wr time. Actually I think he sent me replay on animal farm as well allowing me to set wr time there too. AnpDad has a lot of styles up his sleeve. I think I have gotten off topic here.

share the recs, motivate the elma scene again to make wrs.

It'd be interesting to try how it works. How does it handle possible internal errors? Can you or Zweq post some screenshots of the tool (if not yet the tool itself)?

As for the 32tt recs - I think it'd be entertaining to watch them :)

I'm not an active internalist, so it's hard for me to say if releasing the tool and/or recs would (de)motivate non-TAS players.

http://kopasite.net/up/8/rec.zip

Hand animations are missing in some racks (some bug, duno more, but it's fixable if i have datafile). Biggest effort racks are in 16, 31, 33, 36, 40, 48 and all bug bounce racks and it probably shows. Some are lazy and not worth watching. Some are just alternative styles cruised/sometimes höyled. I also included some multi racks and challenge recs (finish serpent tale backwards, take all apples in new wave without touching ground). I obviously forgot some racks and will add them later if /when remember. I had some more alternative routes, but anp already showed fruit in the den and bowling so no need to upload those. Would have liked to upload some 46-49 racks to bowling but the start used is 0.2 slower than new style so can't:-\

later edits:
reuploaded zip with multi rec to 48 and single rec to 41
ok few more

Much appreciated!

What the heck seems very promising, as well as 27sec on Expert System. Also, Apple harvest is interesting - looks like a more simple variation of anp's rec. // Tag and ZigZag almost at lolik level.
By the way, is it very hard to handle wheel compression/bounce on Framework at 25sec? That looks like worth some tries.

43: 52.xx was mostly made as a co-effort and contains buggy bounces (imagine same as enigma wall bounce). My non buggy times were 54.78 and 54.79 both with diff mid styles and with old start.

i don't get how you can be so much faster than bene on int44, although this is such a short lev. does it really help there to have some tools, when the lev is only 11 secs long? or is it because of the FPS changing during the run?

x = mila made rec, z = my. Mila made freefall, no idea how he got that time, 30fps is just so weirdly random, when you höyl in 2 sec long segments you can get very unrealistic results (like one in a trillion ride), but no idea how mila höyled it

[15:31:52] <teh_mila> you can upload 444 or 53 too
Schumi wrote:so the rest of the times are buggy? and no real 32tt?
well if you think tricks abound 33, enigma 17 and hi flyer 23 were ok then new wave 1.07 is definitely ok and so is 52.xx hehe. But I don't think any of those are ok, except maybe tricks abound because the suspension bend is ultra reproducable

If we remove the randomness of 30 fps and advantage of playing with sl as zweq said.
There are microstyles in milas rec that are faster(0.00x who knows??) but at the same time much harder. I have tried moves very close to this and freefall is 10 times worse with them osv.
I am keeping my status of never finishing the level ever again(live) until some real style is found. I do however have many cool ideas for improving freefall (without bug bounce) that I might try in the future in tas.

wow, animal farm, expert system & zig zag were amazing to watch especially. The whole lab pro rec has to be shared eventually. Current wr holders should have the option to allow you to share your rec or not I would think. I am sure Kaz wouldn't mind :)

expert system end is hilarious. animal farm bounce for 3rd apple is awesome too.

Keep up the good work gents.

http://kopasite.net/up/0/tool.zip

Just make a copy of EOL folder and replace bs.dll and eol.exe

http://kopasite.net/up/3/how_to_use_this_tool.txt

if you want datafile to any of those recs i uploaded just ask

later edited these useful notes into the .txt:
- When you save a replay, a datafile with same name is automatically saved into the rec folder.
- hand animations are bugged. To make hand animations work you need to autoplay the full ride from start to end without fast forwarding. Fastest way to autoplay is to use maximum FPS with timer off.

if you already downloaded .dll, then download http://kopasite.net/up/0/tool.zip and get the .exe as well. (.dat file didn't get saved when you save replay if use regular eol.exe and I didn't notice it when fast tested)

very fun tool to use, managed to drive 13:96 wu without much effort while learning to use it -.-
13:98 best wu without abusing fps change mid run.
Impsy to beat 13:84 anyway.
