Finished external note!

I think it would be a good idea if there would be an option witch would show if an external is finished or not...maybe finished by the user?
like a stor next to the filename or anything like it?

Like...if xxx.lev is finished it would show xxx.lev *
if it ain't finished by my user it would just say xxx.lev

is this a good idea? i think so
