Please when u make the multiplay mode put it trough ballestart or something; liek u had to choose to start a battle that way.

Also if it is pasibel maybe 2 battles/time would be bettar? For multiplaying and singleplaying, one for each.

Cheers

2 battles at the same time are useles... it's funnier with more players, so the result will be that when 6 players are online, 3 will play the one lev, and the other 3 the other lev.

more servers do make sense when at least 50 players at the same time!

i would like to have a mode called "bug times allowed" for levls with "collect 18 out of 25" and so on =) can't be that hard to do for mila ;)

I thought of a new battle mode:

Who has the leading time for longest during the battle. So for example battle length is 10mins, and you have the leading time for 6 mins, then you win. This would make all leading times worth something, and you can't just aim to make the best time on the last minutes. I don't know how well this would work, but it feels like an interesting idea to me. Either along with the winning time competition or on its own. Also possibility to have statistics about that, like "has been leading a battle 60% of the time" or something..

What do other people think about it?

would be cooler like: battle ends when someone has winning time for 10 mins!

Ari, Lukazz: great ideas.

I'd like to see veezay's idea, when it's always your last run that counts in the results.

Sounds really coal, like we used to have those 'battles' in bs9 where were many many hard secret areas and everyone tried to get them all ;) sounds very interesting.

things for next version (which are not done yet) :
1. fix bug with clearing top10 - no idea why it doesnt clear sometimes
2. if you finish and die at the same moment, time should be taken (if it's not 1st frame) - very unprobable situation but already happened once
3. i will prolly add bugtimes accepted checkbox
4. link to lev/rec in irc
5. http stuff instead of ftp
6. add flag for starting balles for users which will be default off for new registered users

some other version
1. apple collecting balle
2. multiplaying

I would like it but maybe others not or it is to hard to do.. no problem :P

Guys why are you posting in 'bug reports' thread? It will only make mila's life harder trying to seperate fancy new feature suggestions like "ingame clock" and the actual bug reports, that has to be fixed.

I was playing at my parents house again and we have adsl and NAT there. I found out that the connection gets somehow the slower and slower to update things the longer it has been up. I can see others and they are not slowed down or anything, but the battle results and battle status text are getting slower and slower to update.

This means that when the battle ends, it doesn't recognise it, the text '0.00 minutes left' -text just lingers there. It was a problem when I won a battle and I didn't see the 'you won the battle' text at all, so I couldn't upload my rec.

However, I found out a solution. By pressing F12 just before the battle ends, the connection somehow refreshes itself and then i can see the battle texts and all the stuff normally and see when battle ends. So it's not a problem anymore, as long as I remember to press F12. I just have to press it when i'm not riding a good time because I found out that I won't get my time to results if I press F12 while I'm driving (the start and the end are played with different connections).

I don't know if anybody else has the same problem but I think it's the NAT which is causing this. Maybe mila could explain what happens there.

Sorry if this bug is reported before but I've got some problems with my characters that are made with the shift key in belma chat. For example if I press shift+6 I get "^" though I should get "&" in my keyboard.

Not really a bug per se, Belma just uses US keyboard layout internally.

I never got why people should use other than US keyboard, until I found out about the finnish language. However, what's the deal in using other settings for fuckers like > & and @ and $ and < and { and ½¾€Â¼‘?

No, that's not the case here necessarily. The belma traffic goes to the computer that is acting as a router. You should setup that computer to forward that traffic (belma ports) to your computer.

Well first we should know what kind of setup there is actually.

1. What kind of inet connection you have?
2. Do you have any kind of modem, or other network device, before the connection gets in the computer acting as a router?
3. What operating system and version is there on the computer acting as a router?
4. What is the IP-address of the computer acting as a router? What is the IP-address of your computer?
5. If you possible know, how is the computer acting as a router been set up? Is it normal Windows "Internet Connection Sharing" thing?

So could anyone help me? :) Oh and btw dz I assume you forgot to answer my pm :D?
