I'd like to request a ban for the whole nation of Bulgaria.
It appears that a Bulgarian warez website zamunda.net shares Belma, and for a few days now bulgarian people named zamunda.net (named after the place of download, just like torrents.ru), have started 0lp balles every hour, and it's getting on everyone's nerves.

uh... this time its gone too far, zamunda.net (not sure if this is not the same person as torrents.ru) started balles in almost all 0LP levels (i think its about 50 balles) during last few days, many ppls warned him many times but he didnt stop. Apart from breaking the rules which were clearly explained to him, its also a big waste of time (sometimes theres no admin on belma so it has to be balled 10mins) and annoying! Please stop it zworqy or some1. I think everyone can confirm this.

First of all: Pawq, read roope's post. "torrents.ru" and "zamunda.net" is tons of people.

Second of all, currently I'm the only one who can ban, there's no banning in temp_server, so I do it by completely blocking the IPs from accessing my computer, so banning every new guy who uses one of those those nicks is not a very viable option. But maybe banning Bulgaria is an idea, finding a preexisting list of all IP ranges for Bulgaria shouldn't be too hard. But is(n't) there any normal belma users from Bulgaria?

oh your probably absolutly right igge. but as I was saying to some of the other noobs on belma yesterday, that we should get some noob like pawq or someone keen to be in charge of it and px should pass on the torch or only do it when he has time and pawq does it the rest of the time. Or put him in charge of the record update so we get one of them more then once a year. I haven't seen or heard from abula in 6 months and the same may go for px soon too. So does that mean no more wr updates ever?
