Where to get eol?

Open eol should have been realeased two weeks ago already but I can't find it anywhere... help!
There are like hundred topics about eol rules, bugs, etc. but no link where it could be downloaded. Can't download it from elmaonline.com either because link there isn't working.

open eol hasnt been released yet, there will surely be an announcement here, in moposite, and in eol site when it is. and you shouldve asked in one of the eol topics, instead of creating a new useless one
