here you can post replays or tell your stories, where you were SO close doing something, like great time on some level, but something happened, or it just wasn't enough.

Just ago I was SO happy that I would finally do another enigma bounce, but yet... it was so far away.. or was it?

if you're talking about the mirror enigma, so i already have it on my PC, cos i was on IRC today... so if this rec is what you're talking about just tell me.

the most common missing is in enigma, of course....
but mine is in Zig Zag, first apple (rec soon).

when i was about to make zig-zag 1:1x style i sent all 1 pixel missed apple/fucked up ending recs to MGen, there was lots of em

moreover after succeeding i lost state and had to start over

i don't know if i should say this, but
my time in QR is sucky 40:xx and i had "good" drive yesterday.
would have got 37:85, but the damn 2nd apple missed with few pixels.

My NewWave-record is 1.33.4x but one time I could have gotten 1.32.4x if I wouldnt have missed the 2nd apple from end with about 1-2 pixels....
I can only upload the rec for an hour so I dont upload it but just ask me if u want it...

Now I go watch dz rec on 47

the first time i got the little bounce thing in tunnel terror (bottom left of the map, takes about 10s off your time) i just did the rest of the level really slowly, and didn't beat my time.
that sucked. i still can't do it.

I can't do it either so i decided to drive the other way, hang to the first apple and go back! And in 30 mins my time went from 1.10.xx to 1.04.xx

i'm doing apple harvest with a great run (for me

), i have only one round left, great-great time....i'm going to the next round, and THAN ! i'm jumping to the wall, but i didn't landed good, so i died !!!!!!!

flower...not apple? right now I cant imagine many levs where you can miss the flower by 1mm except enigma but most likely its not enigma......hmmmmm, I guess its downhill

karlis maybe like you in framework. so you finish level but miss .2 secs because of tire missing the flower at first.

Today i was trying the 1:3x style on Zig Zag. Got that lower apple, and at the end, i got to the flower with a super volt. But i was a n00b enough to miss that apple above the flower

by almost a centimetre. I could get a time of 1:34 (have now 2:01

) on that run.

The worst thing I've experienced during my time with Elma is when I, a year ago, decided to improve my suck ass time on Apple Harvest.
I drove well under a minute better and got really happy...for about 0.01 of a second, then elma crashed and corrupted my state.dat file =(
Didn't play for a month after that...

(Yes, nowdays I do make backups)
