hmmm i used alo + volt for mine but it's not quite as fast as john's double alo and i think my you need to time it more. got 46:39 with it so it was still fairly quick. ill give ya next time your on msn. but you should rock the bowling next chance you get and get a sick time on that one!

Might be a little easier than main style, especially if you keep banging your head on the floor after that pentagon. If you want to play main style, I recommend using vsync off and QuickTime on.
