I think there are still so many oldschoolers in the scene that some of them might even remember the old levs (and their styles), so there's that too. It's a shame though, I love the raw creativity without worries about playability in those oldies.

when i started playing elma in 2003 or so, there was a site, i think it was called elastomaniac.com or something. (i even think there was an elastomaniacs-team very many years ago?) there were some huge levpacks, i think the biggest had more than 1000 levs. no new levs, as far as i remember it was a mix of some classic old levpacks (olliz, Are (hcem stuff), TL, fuida, official levpacks from moposite, shadowX and so on), and also some other random levs. i don't even know the name of the levs, i think one pack was just called x.... and then numbers from 1 to 1000 or something like that. i know that's not much, but does anyone have one of these levpacks or at least remembers what i'm talking about?

EDIT: nice, found the site through web.archive.org, some downloadlinks are still working even surprisingly!!

That team is known as TEM (Team Elasto Maniacs). Tm has been a member of TEM since the beginning and still is today. I think it was started by Wezz (now known as FW). Other members included j0k (Wezz' IRL friend, I think), Captain_Goggles (IIRC), karot, CMc, and maybe qaz89qaz (or was it kuj2 [I don't remember too well]). And maybe martinkfreeman as well. Hmm, perhaps Markm0 too. I'm just going on memory here. All these names were the elastomaniac.com regulars.

TEM was created a bit after the site stopped being popular though, i thought. TM won rookie GAA in 2005 for example. (he joined in early 05).

Raven was also in TEM.

That's right, Haruhi. During 2005 a lot of the Elastomaniac users found out about Mopolauta and migrated over. Myself included.

Take a look at these Mopolauta join dates:

Wed Nov 03, 2004 --- Captain_Goggles
Fri Dec 03, 2004 --- Wezz
Tue Jan 11, 2005 --- karot
Tue Feb 08, 2005 --- Raven
Mon Feb 14, 2005 --- Tm
Sat Mar 05, 2005 --- Kestas
Mon Mar 21, 2005 --- CMc
Sun Mar 20, 2005 --- qaz89qaz

I remember now: TEM was Team Elasto Maniacs originally but there was a team decision to change the name as there was already a team with a similar name.

Yeah, most of us came from elastomaniacs in 2005. Zelter came over too but he never joined TEM with us. But TEM was pretty much started from the Maniac crew. Good ole days!

Looking for an old levpack by MP (and maybe ville_j?) which consists of short and weird levels with wheels stuck from start, etc. I think one of them was called Voodoo Box or something. Another one was Limbo where the obstacle get closer and closer to the ground as you progress.

Anyone has the levels or remember the name of the levpack? Think there are only 10 or max 15 in the pack.

no Finman it was a lev where it gets harder and harder to progress.

Starts with some bounces and brutals to some pipes from left to right.

Edit: I think there was the question written in the lev at the start: How far would/could you go?

I'm looking for a series of levs named yanT. They are "training levs" that I made for a friend (yanizzz) sometime around 2004.
1-8 & 11 are in eol but I'm looking for the rest. There might also be more levs named yanTx or something. I'm also looking for those. axxu made sick times in them if I remember correctly...
I'm pretty sure they were included in zebras huge pack back in the days. Is this file still around? Or an updated one?

Thanks!

Thx, but those are kinda too simple, smooth and boring gottagofast levs for my liking (I wouldn't even count that andry lev as a speedloop). It's more fun to actually have to find correct volt places in loops with less vertices. EDIT: Oh now noticed 0lp14 suggestion, that felt quite najs. Annoying that both it and fast.lev obvofc had vsync spots :D

Levs Jeppe37.lev and Jeppe38.lev are ez most enjoyable imo :>

Does anyone have the levels from Russian "The Great Elmer" cup? The name format is: TGE[1 letter][1 number]. Only the levels from the "C" stage are in the database. I think there were 15 levels in total: A1-A3, B1-B3, etc.

I know the chances are extremely slim, but I guess it would not hurt if I'll ask here.

In cca 2004 I made a lev called Adventu2.lev (iirc), which was quite long (10 mins maybe?), inspired by MOPSI005.lev, with many secret areas, gravity area and stuff like that. I have sent it to some czech site and also to Ali (I think?), but it is nowhere in my e-mail history and I can't find it on my old HD.

I have low hopes, but maybe it could be in someone's collection somewhere. I think about this lev from time to time, coz it was first real-ish FF I've made and I just wanna know, how I've been building levs back then.
