All internals without using the left & right arrows?

I'm sure this has been discussed/tried before, but I couldn't find a thread about it.

I'm not the best driver, but I've managed to finish all internal levels except these ones without using the left and right arrows:

36. Fruit in the Den
38. Curvaceous
41. Framework
46. Bowling
48. Downhill
49. What the Heck
54. Apple Harvest

So if anyone could help me out and maybe show me how to finish these with replays, I would appreciate it.

Markku finished all of them some years back, here are the replays.

I think Markku finished all 54 of them without rotating. I dont know where to find his replays but u could just ask him in private

Here's an updated pack, some of the recs are faster than in the pack SveinR and Lukazz uploaded
(those seven recs you're looking for are the same in both packs though).
