New teams and members

Yeah. actually, even if the team is "dead", they still have some recs here and there...

For example, on my site, there is a page ( http://elastomaster.tripod.com/id10.html ) that says somewhere :

Yeah; there should be some rule, that wouldn't allow already used names to teh new teams imo ...
At least to prevent some potential misunderstandings (like "Is this teh old IC, or teh new one?).

Exactly that is mongo, jt. But you're right, it's fucking insane to name your team IC. You want to use Impact Crossers, then name it ImC, or ICR, or any other abbreviation.b Sure, a couple of noobs could make a mistake, but Bjorn and dyrox should know better.
