level contest with a difference - sigma phi

Post by sonic_fruit »

hello all.
i have started work on a new level contest entitled sigma phi. it promises to be very interesting, and i feel it contains my best lev-design work yet.
to read about the contest and download the first instalment of the levels, please go to
http://www.geocities.com/sonic_fruit/
more levels will be added in the coming weeks.

please do not ignore this contest: i think it could be really rather good if people get into it. and the more people get into it, the better i'll make it

NO! :P that is exactly what you should not say
it is currently only 3 levels, and they are pretty short, so just have a go.
finish them once if nothing else, at least i'll have some times to put up :P

The rules wrote:SECRET AREAS: 2 POINTS PER SECRET AREA
Why do I then get 6 points for 6 secret areas?

nono, you've got 2 points per area: i've listed the number of areas you have instead of the number of points from secret ares, if you see what i mean
currently you have 10pts for being top in each table, and 12 points for your secret areas
total 42pts

that ok? :D

heh sonic 10/22 posts here belongs to you :) that's a nice stat, man....

NEway, i got one opinion of someone that my 2nd levpack isn't good and the levs are kinda sucky (still not published). so, because i wanna be a famous level-maker, i think i should make more levels myself right now...what means i could hoyl "sigma phi" a little bit less than now .
BUT, the contest is cool, i'll keep sending my times/secret areas.

well, you see sigma phi is the closest you can get to "S F", my nick initials, in greek. sigma phi is essentially "S PH", you see, hence the symbol littering the levels.
:) greek letters
