Yeah. I gave it a shot. Didn't want to try it anymore. It's not that it necessarily is so hard to complete, just that one rarey bothers trying to complete very long levels like that for more than a certain period of time.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

Ya....he's got a point huli...the lev isn't exactly what u'd call...fun to play but it also isn't very much a hard level like SveinR says...

But maybe it's cuz u are kinda unknown (although i have seen ur name before)

If it were a well-known player's level....ppl would probly play it more but that is just my opinion

btw i'm not saying that ur lev is under-rated either

Playablility: 8.0 /1 0

The start is very smooth, then, the hang is a little bitte annoying because most time the back wheel stucks a bit, the rest part is pretty nice, and the end is a bit tricky

Visually: 5.5 / 10

I don't like it so much, there is no gras, some of vertexes are not so clean made, but still 5.5 because i think it was not easy to make this, and it looks really fancy, i also miss pics here

Overall: 6.5 / 10

Simply and insane level. I could play it for years and not get tired of it... OK, maybe i'm putting a little too much but, the level is really great for all the pie eaters and lovers...

Best time : Only made it to the apple

Where is the main polygon by Juski

Playablility: 7.1 / 10

Ok, maybe the level is a little too short here. It's fun for at least 5 minutes but, you really get tired of the level. The 2 or 3 tricks involved in the level are pretty nice, I really would have loved to see a bigger level with more tricks like these. You reaally are good in making annoying short levels.

Visually: 2.8 / 10

I can't really tell anything good about the design. I know that it must have taken a while to do it but, it's not that good-looking. It's just some kind of eye catching design.

Overall: 5.1 / 10

It's a fun level to play and the design is for sure original. If you ever publish a pack with levels of that playability and maybe with smoother designs, i would play it for sure...

Best time : 7;88

Hell's kitchen by Juble

Playability : 9.4 / 10

I checked back the older pages of this thread to see if i hadn't reviewed a level and BANG, i see a Juble level that i hadn't even tried ! I was not deceived... The first trick is pretty simple; a flip over a "pole" into a pipe. Pretty sweet and not that hard to make. Then, there's a little compressing to make it under a very good looking pole. Some tricks again into pipe to other trick to pipe... The the last part, many styles for this one but, the fastest is easily guessable. Like Juble said, many semi-hard tricks but, once you've understood the level motion, you can easily finish it. The level flow is excellent, nothing really stops you and you never get to much speed, everything is this : excellent !

Visualy : 9.7 / 10

As i opened the level, i was stunned. The level is not filled with huge textures and pictures but wow, the simple textures and polygons makes the level a pleasure to look at. Another very cool thing is the texture made on the two "poles", very nicely done ( still can't figure out how he did the effect ). Some might say the grass could be better and more equal but, i don't really care if the grass is perfect or almost... As usual, a beautiful level by Juble.

Overall : 9.5 / 10

Surely one of the better-looking and fun-to-play level i've seen this year. You obviously have to like at least a little pipes to appreciate the level... and i do love pipes ...

Very very very long by huli

Playability : 3.4 / 10

Hummm... this is a level that i can't say i appreciated but, i'll for sure give you some tips. First of all, never make levels where you easily gain too much speed for the level, so, you don't kill yourself everytime you get in contact with a wall ( happens at least 5 times in the level ). Second very important point, never use as much gravity apples as in this level. Some levels have like 2 or 3 gravity changes and that is well enough. Another factor that makes the level less playable is that the level isn't smooth, you know, sometimes, you play a level and everything is sweet. You can also make less 'spiky' polygons, try making /¯\ instead of /\ ( except in some cases ). I also never liked levels where the words "take this apple first" or "now here" or anything like because, it indicated that the track to keep is very unclear. A last thing, make the level a little shorter, people usually hate too long levels, after 2 minutes and half, i wasn't even at the half of the level, kinda despairing.

Visually : 4.5 / 10

This is hard to say, the level itself doesn't look that bad but, a lot of small things affected my eyes while playing. First, the lack of grass makes the level a little more boring to play. A good thing, you put some pictures to put some life in the level. Another small things that doesn't appear in great levels is that you use too much polygons "very close to each other". Try using the less polygons you can, it makes better-looking levels.

Overall : 4.01 / 10

My opinion on this level is weird, i dislike it in a way because it really looks like a noob level but, in another way, i almost enjoy riding through the level and trying to finish it... ok level i gues...

Garden of apples by huli

Playability : 7.7 / 10

When you try the level at first, you kinda think : "bahh.. another noob level" but after giving it a try ( cause i have to review some levels on spare time ), i figured out that the level was much more enjoyable than i thought. Not a complicated level, but, efficient. I usually don't like level where you can get lot of speed but, it's well used in that one. There's a major trick that can save you lot of time and if huli planned the trick, i can tell you he has the sense of doing levels. Of course, the trick is hard cause the center polygon is kinda too large but, it gives a little more challenge. Appreciated this level.

Visually : 3.9 / 10

Here is where the level gets worse. First, i never liked the bridge picture, and it is not better when placed in front of the player. Second, the grass is waaay to thick. Another factor that annoyed my eyes was the too big amount of pictures ( for example : grass pictures and rocks pictures ). A last thing that always annoyed me are the 'very close but not enough" polygons. Just try to substitute lots of close polygons to one complex polygon.

Overall : 6.3 / 10

If you see beyond the visual aspect of the level, you'll surely appreciate the level more... Good level.

If you want to try it, here it is:

http://www.kopaka.dk/up/updir/AL01.lev

About the lev: A bit short, but I think it´s playable for a long time... cause there are a few different styles and one style beats the others easy, if you make it of course...

I Donno What by Bogart

Playability: 8.8 / 10

First thing that impressed me was the start. A decent start is something every level needs, otherwise it's not worth playing. The good thing here is that you can immediatly build up speed. The hang is well done, the route is simple but höyläble.
The jump is a little hard to learn, though that makes me want to play just that bit more. The level has a nice length, it lets you fight for the 20 second limit.

Visually: 6.5 / 10

Although there aren't any pictures, the level isn't ugly.
Together with the brick texture there has been made a good use of frameworks. No random verteces are to be found in this level.

Overall: 8.1 / 10

This one really jumps out. It is fascinating because of hidden, impossible routes you still want to try. Tad short, but a good höyl. Basetimes were pretty fit too.

8O I cannot believe what my eyes just saw, impressing... that´s all I can say.

Do this shortcut make the lev better or worse? Any suggestions of some changes?

Also, very off-topic. Do you know a forum or thread where I can ask people how they like the levs to be? So as: with pipes, many different styles or a lev with really great graphics. I want to make another lev but have no idea what kind of lev.

Good afternoon everyone, I have to say this is a great site!

I'd love for some people to rate these maps, they're my first set named Spiky.
Keep in mind there's no grass because I haven't figured out how to put it in yet, and personally all the other pictures annoy me. In other words, if I knew how to do it I'd have put grass in.

These levels are made to be challenging, each one more challenging than the one previous. I don't particularily need all 4 reviewed, most preferrably number 4 which I spent the most time on.

Have fun, and enjoy them!

I don't have time for deep review now but I can say couple of things which I noticed: don't make anything invisible, ever. It's one of the very basic rules of level making. Second, it's usually the best to not make so tight holes or pipes that the wheel won't fit in well and gets pressure. I hope you understand what I mean. An example would be spiky04 on the end of second floor when you fly towards spikes and wheel get between them. It will get buggy.

And I can understand you like speedy levels, almost everybody likes speedy levels when they start making them. Later many people start appreciating slower paced levels which require difficult moves, not just driving fast trough the level.

first part was fun because it was a little tricky and stuff but when the second part comes it goes very fast paced and the end is superb because its easy but still alot of styling to do to save seconds.
