I needed about 10 attempts to complete it and beat your best time-not very challenging. But maybe for the first lev it's OK, my levs are levs not really better...

Yea sorry bud. Im a noob (but getting better!) and got 43:20 on my first try.

Tips:
1) Don't use the default purple stone texture, add some variety.
2) Add plants and stuff. Make things more conneted. At the begginning you have two close polygons. Make them into one (try using ALE, its pretty good).

thanks for your comment, GMan, i'll try and improve on the overall level appearance and scenery.

EDIT: Here, i made 1 more level, no scenery, just straightforward action.

please use www.putfiles.com or www.kurki.buildtolearn.net/upload or something that i understand ;)

EDIT: after testing the level i now have to say this:

track1.lev it was kinda nice level but it would look much better if you didnt start new polygons everywhere you could have made the level with 2-3polygons and if you put some grass that woudld be very nice

track2.lev i dont like speedloop levels very much, so i didnt like this.

and considering both your levels, it isnt bad just annoying, dont place so many apples everywhere, it isnt as if they do muych difference, and it is very annoying when you miss one.

I usually do levels by this princeiple: Make route in levels with polygons not with apples.

Track 2 is better than Track 1, but your own time really sucks. I'm a really quite a bad player and my time was almost 5 sec better.
Track 3 is really the hardest, I cannot complete it. Track 4 is easy.

Track1: My thought was that this level could've been better if all polygons were connected a litte more. You want to drive in levels without jagged vertices, so that the driving is smoother, and funnier to hoyl/play.
http://vk0.dk/ratemyrec/Track1TJ.rec 42,40

Track2: This level was boring. Nothing challenging, nor smooth. Either one of those present would've made this level better. If you desperately want to make long levels, make them worth to play. Add more variation. But I suggest to start on short levels, improving your skills there first, and then making longer ones.
http://vk0.dk/ratemyrec/Track2TJ.rec 1:26,21

Track3: This level is starting to get a little sense, although I don't like the squeeze thing after the 4th apple, at the hang. I see you've tried to make the polygons more connected by putting them very tight to each other, so there won't show up any air between them. You could try to use one polygon as the mainframe, and create ramps and other vertices out of that polygon.
http://vk0.dk/ratemyrec/Track3TJ.rec 38,51

Track4: Nothing to mention specific here. Just something about the polygons that need to be more connected and smoother play.
http://vk0.dk/ratemyrec/Track4TJ.rec 42,49

Spin: Worthless level. Play it once, play it never again. Just don't make these.
http://vk0.dk/ratemyrec/SpinTJ.rec 11,91

And to make the help complete, I made this little tutorial for you to read:
http://www.gofietse.com/blog/images/tutorial.gif

PS. Don't edit your old levels, just try to get every level you make from now on better.

I was trying to be as helpful as I could. I couldn't be more happy if you kept improving. But smoothness is indeed something you have to learn. One good thing is making the playground as one piece, not these mango flying islands as all playing obstacles. It's an art you can understand more if you play more levels by others.

Track5: Nice flowing level this time. I would've liked more scenery, because there was zero of it now. Nice two routes, I took the funnier one, though other one is faster. Keep on practising!

36.17 second try, it is one of the 3 good speedloop levels i have played, still kinda noobish but way better then the other you have made.

EDIT: Dont use killers in that way, i guess you put them there for looks and that noone would ever touch them. But it would be very ez 3low.xx if they werent there now they are just annoying, remove the killers and it is a very nice hoylable level :X
