ofcourse its not just decided by me. when i have received all the finished pieces me and 3-4 others will vote on them. heck, you could vote too if you want but then that'll mean your submission doesn't count. so i was thinking olly 'cus he's not participating.

and even 4 days is plenty enough time to come up with something. i expect everyone could take some time off playing elma for this contest, and i expect everyone does take time off to do other things anyway...

i was thinking changing the whole santas sleigh thing into a kuskis sleigh with apples instead of presents and bikes instead of raindeer, and maybe put some daisies on the side of the sleigh. hmm?

I drew a nice picture in paint, which was an arduous job really. I'll be sending it soon, I like this idea of themes.

You're right John
his pic is 900 x 196 pixels

Leeland, Why have you chosen a max width and height? and also size limit? Just curious

here's my other WIP:
ImageImage
i quickly drew the elma man on paper and scanned it on to my computer. i then used flash to line the guy and his sack of apples in. but i still need to thicken some of the lines, and tomorrow i will colour it in.

whoa leeland it's awesome ! :o had no ideas flash has such great possibilitys of handling your pencil works. what kind of program you're using exactly ? (name, ver, etc)

would be cool to have a FanArt section on the moposite where masterpieces like these could find their places :] ez inspiration on drawing for me

edit: what do you mean by elastomizing?

Macromedia Flash MX Version 6.0
i have version 8 which is the latest, but it runs slow on my comp, so i use 6
Kestas wrote:would be cool to have a FanArt section on the moposite where masterpieces like these could find their places :]
yeah i get a feeling that not many people will send in, so maybe a fanart section on moposite is better than a monthly contest. but send in anyway, lets just see how it goes.

I remind you there are now 2 days left to send in. Here's my finished submission:
http://paprika.moposite.com/player/Leel ... colour.PNG
And I hope I'm not breaking any rules.
When it says: "Only pictures of user himself/herself are allowed", this picture is in fact of myself, just in Elma form. :)

I guess now I'll have to start getting on peoples good side WITHOUT going mongo, so I'll post my pic here. (animated- watch the whole thing)

Walkthrough: At teh start it is Stefan Holm doing his famous 2.40m high jump which is known for him jumping 59 cm over his own height (WR it is.) but 2.45m is WR so no cake for him. :P

Then I say stuff and an elma head appears, so EZ elma related!

by the way, that gif is just 4.4 mb too much for the contest and misses an obvious christmas theme.
